Carrot Apple Ginger Juice

Ahhh yes. Another juicing post. You can never have too many nutrients or vitamins in your life, and I love playing around with different combos. This apple, carrot, spinach, and ginger juice is spicy and sweet and full of antioxidants and vitamins. Great for your eyes, digestion, iron intake, and more, this juice is both revitalizing and refreshing, and is sweet enough thanks to the apples and carrots to appeal to even the most hesitant palates. Love your body-it deserves to have the best fuels in it possible!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large bag spinach
  • 2 apples
  • 1 small bag baby carrots
  • large piece of ginger
  • cayenne pepper (optional)

How to do it:

  1. Wash and cut apples, peel and slice ginger
  2. Juice all ingredients
  3. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper (optional)
  4. Drink up!
