Hi loves! IT’S FRIDAY!!!! We made it…we survived. And in honor of somehow defying another week and living to see the beginning of the weekend, we figured we would celebrate by sharing this gorgeous holiday-ready look from Gentle Fawn. In case you aren’t familiar, Gentle Fawn is a rad clothing company with a pretty cool backstory. Thirteen years ago, founders Daniel and Carla Hogg created Gentle Fawn; inspired by a rare collection of antique ceramic fawns. Today, the original fawn remains as the symbol of the company’s creative beginnings and its design inspiration. Their pieces are like their namesake – beautiful and elegant in an understated, simple way. They use gorgeous and well-crafted fabrics and their attention to details is second to none.
The Utopia Dress in this shoot is a perfect example of Gentle Fawn’s craftsmanship. The trapeze-style mini dress has sweet lace details at the sleeves, and a neckline that doubles as a choker (no jewelry needed!). We also love that it’s versatile, the perfect piece to pair with some black booties and a leather moto jacket or dress it up like we did with a girly pink trench coat and some simple heels.
