First of all – huge apologies for not posting last Friday! Every so often (actually incredibly rarely since I’m an OCD A-type personality) I get a little spontaneous…and Friday happened to be one of those days. Big C and I decided to take the Little C to Disneyland for an early birthday celebration since Big C would be out of town on business for her birthday, so we all headed down to the happiest place on earth Friday morning and spent the day as a family celebrating our sweet bug. The babe is officially three today (look for a post tomorrow all about our sweet girl with her latest updates) and I honestly can not even wrap my mind around how fast it seems she has grown up. Birthdays are bittersweet, it’s quite incredible watching her grow up but most of the time I just want to shrink her or stop time so that she stays like this forever. Forever my little girl. Love you bug, you are the brightest moment in our days, the sweetest little girl and such a smart and charismatic little soul. We could not be more blessed to be your parents! Happy Birthday sweetheart <3
Today’s outfit is my go-to when I need to be dressy but still want to be super comfy. A silky button up and suede boots dress this look up while the zippered skinnies (which have been on total repeat because of their awesomeness) keep the look comfortable and mom-friendly (it’s a lot easier to chase after a three year old in jeans than in a skirt, trust me). This is also a great look for those mamas who are breastfeeding (which by the way the babe and I still are). A button up makes for easy access and a tank worn can be pulled down so that your stomach is covered, which for me is key. I can’t wait to share the pics from our Disneyland trip with you guys tomorrow and gush all about the babe!! Happy Monday!
