As already discussed (many times) I am a black, white, and gray clothing kinda gal, but I do like to try out wearing other colors from time to time, and when I saw this royal blue origami skort I couldn’t help myself. Royal blue is such a stunning color and after seeing in on other people lately (and loving it) I decided to give it a try…and I’m so glad that I did! I will always be a black and white devotee but I actually really enjoyed the change. The expected route with this skort would have been pairing it with a blazer, but per my usual I wanted to throw in something a little unexpected and styled it with a leather jacket instead (I always need a little touch of edginess to still feel “me”). That being said I would love to style this piece again with a long trench or duster coat and some stiletto booties, I think it would totally change the feel of the skort and make it a perfect date night outfit. Also, it’s Wednesday! YESSSSSS. Halfway there!
