This past weekend we headed up north to visit my family. We had planned to celebrate Passover and Easter at my mother and stepfather’s house but my grandpa, who I call Opa, had surgery and we ended up staying in San Francisco to help out. Little C had such a great time with her Papa John, Grandma Leslie, Oma and Opa, and I loved getting to see my grandparent’s faces light up every time Little C was with them. We did an Easter egg hunt with them yesterday and the bug was over the moon! She had so much fun finding the hidden eggs and chocolates, and I had a great time capturing her joy. I am so grateful that I get to preserve these precious moments….being a parent can be trying and exhausting but seeing my little babe so happy makes everything else beyond worth it.
