Happy Monday loves! I hope that you all had a wonderful weekend. The Big C has been gone on business so the little one and I had a weekend full of park play dates, ice cream shop visits (oops), and pony rides at the Sunday farmer’s market in Santa Monica. I had my phone on silent and barely ever took it out, and it was glorious. Just lots of sweet and solo time with the little.
Today I’m talking all about festival dressing with Tobi, and their fab ‘Spring Awakening’ romper. With Coachella and a bunch of other festivals right around the corner – even if you won’t be making it out to the festivals you can certainly still dress for them. I am in love with the bell sleeves and sweet crochet detailing of my romper, so perfect for hot days in Indio! Lightweight and easy breezy. Granted no one is going to be taking a pair of suede over the knee boots to Coachella (unless they are looking to trash them), but that’s the fun of festival-inspired dressing: you can wear pieces that are festival-ready but pair them with fun pieces that won’t get ruined by the desert. The great news is that this romper woks just as well for a day of music as it does for a night out on the town, or a day at the beach. It is so easy to dress up or down, add lots of jewelry and booties for a festival or some simple wedges and a floppy-brim hat for a casual resort-wear look. And it doesn’t get much better than one-piece dressing – so little thought involved! Love love love. And just in case you forgot, your first purchases from Tobi comes at 50% off….soooo….no thinking necessary right? Is anyone heading to Coachella or other music festivals? What are your favorite things to wear?
