I love pencil skirts. They are preppy without being too formal and flatter every body type. I was so excited when I found this pencil skirt at Nordstrom, I love the unique color and the material is thick and stretchy (both are a must when buying a pencil skirt). Like a lot of my outfits, I like to show you guys how to use staple pieces over and over, so today and tomorrow I’ll be sharing two different looks featuring this skirt. Today’s look is more dressy and business casual – something that I would wear to work, and tomorrow’s look will be a more casual combo. I also just have to rave about these Vince booties for a second because they are incredibly comfortable, and I am in love with the stacked block heel! Plus the velcro makes them super easy to take on and off 🙂 They also come in a very similar full bootie (without the heel cut-out) if you are looking for more of a cold-weather option. These are definitely a favorite in my closet at the moment.
