Wednesdayyyyyy! Thank you for short work weeks – it’s hard being back to work, missing all of the awesome time our little fam got to spend together. Luckily the weekend is already in view – AND in case you missed yesterday’s post make sure you check it out, since it’s got a killer workout. Today’s look is mellow, very much a “Wednesday” look. Being a mom means that comfy shoes are key, and lots of black is your bff – although that being said my love for wearing white clothing hasn’t diminished since having a little one, I’ve just had to invest in bleach. I paired my fave distressed black jeans with some adorable patent leather oxfords (on sale), and a super duper soft tee from Gray Monroe (which is under $30, FYI). I wear this black trench coat a TON, it’s super soft and very simple, and they have it again on F21! It’s under $30 and I’ve had it a few years and it’s still in fabulous shape. Definitely recommend it, big time.
I don’t always add “pops” of color to outfits, I’m a big fan as we know of simple monochrome looks, but I felt this look needed a little somethin’ something’ to give it some oomph, and I’ve been dyinggggg to shoot this amazing Gigi NY bag. It’s SO gorgeous you guys. It’s got a really beautiful structure and can be worn as a crossbody as well as a satchel. The pyton-embossed leather adds some texture, and it’s real leather, which means it’s going to last forever, and the gray color is a great bag for all seasons. Alsoooo, for those monogram-obsessed ladies out there, Gigi NY also monograms any of their bags up to three letters. Seriously, if you aren’t familiar with Gigi do yourself a favor and check them out, rad company.
